Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 01, 2026

Welcome to 30 Days Experience (accessible at 30daysexperience.com). We are dedicated to providing immersive, long-stay retreat experiences. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully prior to making a reservation.

1. Advance Booking Token & Full Payment

• To reserve your slot for any of our 30-day retreat experiences, a non-transferable token advance of ₹2,000 is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining package balance must be settled prior to check-in or as communicated in your booking confirmation voucher.

2. Cancellation Window & Refund Eligibility

Because our retreats have limited availability (strictly capped slots per season), our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation 15 Days or More Prior to Check-in: 100% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation Between 7 to 14 Days Prior to Check-in: 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior to Check-in or No-Show: No refund will be applicable due to pre-allocated estate logistics and inventory locks.

3. Refund Processing Timeline & Method

• Refund Source: All approved refunds will be credited back strictly to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the transaction via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Processing Time (TAT): Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days, and funds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank’s clearance cycles.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your 30-day experience to a different available date or another estate (e.g., from Mango Orchard to Apple Orchard), please notify us at least 10 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

5. Cancellations by 30 Days Experience

In rare and unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure), if we are forced to cancel your booking, you will be offered an immediate 100% full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
