1. General Overview & Services

30 Days Experience curates immersive 30-day retreat stays across premium orchard, farm, and heritage estates in India (including Lucknow, Shimla, Kashmir, and Nashik). All bookings made through our platform are subject to these terms and host estate guidelines.

2. User Eligibility & Identity Verification

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation on this website.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is strictly mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals must possess a valid Indian Visa/OCI and Passport in compliance with local government regulations.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• Currency & Pricing: All pricing displayed on the website is in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• Advance Token: To lock in your stay dates, an advance booking token of ₹2,000 is payable online via our verified payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Payment Gateway: All online transactions are securely encrypted and processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials on our servers.
• Confirmation Voucher: Upon successful transaction, a digital booking confirmation with a unique Booking ID (e.g., EXP-2026-XXXXXX) will be issued instantly via email/SMS.

4. Retreat Conduct & Estate Guidelines

• Guests are expected to respect local flora, fauna, orchard trees, estate staff, and fellow retreat members.
• Any illegal activity, disturbance of peace, or willful damage to estate property will result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.
• Any damage caused to estate infrastructure, furniture, or equipment will be charged directly to the responsible guest.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, date modifications, and refunds are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, design layouts, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of 30 Days Experience and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and luxury across all our estates, 30 Days Experience shall not be held liable for personal injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings, or delays arising from natural calamities, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
